On publication, copyright in the article is held by IJEGSI. Authors keep specified scholarly and proprietary rights. Reuse by others is governed by the CC BY 4.0 license.
When the corresponding author completes the copyright transfer (in the submission wizard or on the signed form), copyright in the published article is assigned to IJEGSI. The Editor-in-Chief may transfer that copyright to the publisher as needed to operate the journal.
Ownership by the journal allows IJEGSI to publish, archive, index, and defend the version of record. It does not prevent lawful reuse under the article's Creative Commons license.
Third-party reuse of the published article is governed by the CC BY 4.0 license described on the licensing policy page. Attribution is required; prior permission from the Editor-in-Chief is not required for uses that the license already allows.
Permission is still required for material in the article that the authors did not own (for example a figure reproduced from another publisher) and for any use that falls outside CC BY 4.0.
If plagiarism or other misconduct is found, the Editor-in-Chief may retract or reject the paper even after publication. In those circumstances no refund of the article processing charge is issued.

I hereby transfer the copyright of the submitted paper to IJEGSI.
I acknowledge and agree that the Editor-in-Chief may, at their discretion, transfer the copyright of the published work to the publisher. I further understand that if plagiarism or any form of academic misconduct is discovered in the manuscript, the Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to retract or reject the paper, even after its publication in a previous issue. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.
The author(s) retain all proprietary rights, including patent rights and the right to use the article, in whole or in part, in their future scholarly or professional works, including lectures, press releases, and textbook reviews. Third-party reuse of the published article is governed by the CC BY 4.0 license: anyone may copy, redistribute, and adapt the work with attribution. Prior written permission from the Editor-in-Chief is required only for uses that fall outside that license, or for third-party material in the article that the authors did not own.
I hereby declare that the material presented in this paper constitutes our original work and does not contain any material reproduced from other copyrighted sources without proper authorization. Where material from other sources has been incorporated, it has been clearly identified through appropriate quotation marks and/or proper attribution. All sources have been duly acknowledged and accurately cited in the relevant sections of the paper.
The paper, in its final version enclosed herewith, is original and has not been substantially published elsewhere. Neither this manuscript nor any substantially similar paper has been submitted or is currently under consideration for publication by any other journal or publisher.
