Licensing policy

Unless a caption or footnote says otherwise, each published article may be copied, redistributed, remixed, transformed, and built upon, including for commercial purposes, as long as appropriate credit is given, a link to the license is provided, and any changes are indicated. No additional restrictions may be applied that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.

The license applies to the journal's version of record (HTML and PDF). Underlying data may carry a different repository license; see the article's data availability statement.

Preferred attribution includes the authors, article title, journal name (International Journal of e-Governance and Scientific Innovation), year, and the DOI or article URL. Do not imply endorsement by the authors or the journal of any reuse or adaptation.

Third-party content reproduced in an article (images, long quotations, datasets owned by others) may be excluded from the CC BY license. Check the figure caption or acknowledgements before reusing that material.

By transferring copyright and publishing in IJEGSI, authors enable the journal to apply CC BY 4.0 to the article. Authors warrant that they have the right to grant this license and that they have obtained permission for any third-party material that is not licensed for this use.

Copyright in the article is held by IJEGSI as described in the copyright policy. The public reuse rights come from the CC BY 4.0 license, not from a separate permission letter.
